Macrosense Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a self-funded builder and developer. We buy the land with our own capital, design with our own team, build with our own people, and keep the majority stake in everything we make.
There are no outside investors to answer to and no one else's deadline to meet. That is why we can take our time, choose carefully, and finish properly.
Our Foundation
It Began With a Plot, Not a Plan.
Our founder, Rajbir Singh Maan, served in the Indian Army infantry for nearly two decades. After retiring, he bought a plot of land in RK Puram to build a home for his family. Buyers noticed the work. The flats sold. Macrosense grew from that, one honest project at a time. Three generations later, we still build the way he did: carefully, with our own hands in it.
