Kothis, bungalows, villas and private estates in established, high-value sectors. Every home is designed by our in-house team and built by our own engineers, supervisors and craftsmen.
We choose the land, fund the project ourselves and see it through to handover.
Where: selected A-grade sectors in Noida, Greater Noida, Jewar and South Delhi.
Currently under construction: C2/54, Sector 36, Noida.
02 ·Industrial
Industrial Space, Built With Care.
We have built industrial developments before, and we are planning to build them again. Like our residential work, these are built on our own account: we acquire the land, design the development, build it ourselves, and sell or lease it.
03 ·Joint Ventures
Your Land. Our Capital, Design and Build.
We work with a small number of landowners each year. You bring the land. We bring the capital, the design team and the construction.
Because we are self-funded, we decide quickly and build without outside pressure. The majority stake stays with Macrosense.
